How to Reactivate the "Internet Browsing" indicator

The "Internet Browsing" indicator shows whether the app can monitor and filter the child's online activity.

To reactivate the indicator, check the following settings:

On the parent's device:

1. Open the Tutorina app.
2. Select the child.
3. Go to the Filtering page.
4. Make sure the Filter web access option is enabled.

On the child's Android device:

1. Open the Tutorina app.
2. Go to the My Profile page.
3. Make sure the Web browsing protection option is enabled.
4. Open the Phone Settings.
5. Make sure the Tutorina VPN is Connected and Always On.

On the child's iOS device:

1. Open the Tutorina app.
2. Go to the My Profile page.
3. Make sure the DNS settings are enabled.
4. If the DNS settings are not enabled, follow the on-screen instructions on the child's device to select the Tutorina DNS profile.

Quick fix for disabled settings:

If an orange message appears at the top of the child's app screen saying Some settings are disabled. Fix it now!, tap on it. The configuration screens will open automatically. Go through each step and grant the necessary permissions to enable web browsing protection.
