How to Reactivate the "Location" indicator

When the Location feature is enabled, the Tutorina app can provide location-based services, such as real-time tracking of the child's position or access to their travel history.

To activate the indicator, check the following settings:

On the child's Android device:

1. Open the Tutorina app.
2. Make sure that location services (GPS) are enabled. On some devices, you can enable or disable location services from the quick settings menu.

On the child's iOS device:

1. Open the Tutorina app.
2. Ensure that location services are enabled and that Tutorina has permission to always access the location, even when running in the background.

Quick fix for disabled settings:

If an orange message appears at the top of the child's app screen saying Some settings are disabled. Fix it now!, tap on it. The configuration screens will open automatically. Go through each step and grant the necessary permissions to enable location services.
