How to uninstall the app from the child's Android device
The Tutorina app is protected against uninstallation by the child. To remove it, you must activate Parent Mode using the PIN code set in the parent’s app. This step ensures that only the adult can modify or uninstall the app.
Step 1: Open the "Settings" app on the child's phone
From the home screen, open Settings.
You can also access Settings by swiping down from the top of the screen to open the notification bar, then tapping the ⚙️ icon in the top right corner.
Step 2: Activate Parent Mode by entering the PIN
As soon as you open Settings, Tutorina will ask for the parent PIN. This code was initially set in the app on the parent’s phone.
Enter the code to activate Parent Mode and proceed with the uninstallation.
Step 3: Go to "Settings" > "Apps"
Once Parent Mode is active, go to: Settings > Apps
Step 4: Find the Tutorina app
From the list of apps, select Tutorina.
Step 5: Tap "Uninstall"
Tap the Uninstall button at the bottom.
If you see the message “Device admin app”
Tutorina has special permissions (e.g., screen lock).
Tap: "Deactivate and uninstall" to proceed.
Step 6: Confirm app removal
Tap OK when the message appears: "Do you want to uninstall this app?"
After these steps, the Tutorina app will be completely removed from the device.
